Bringing the inside outside. We applied an image of an old fashioned wall paper to the classic galvanised Parker bin. The Parker Bin is a New Zealand icon and has been used by New Zealanders for generations.
The bin is practically indestructible, fully galvanised and was placed on the street for rubbish collection.
Here Catherine David re-interpreted the Parker Bin with sturdy vinyl application of a traditional wall paper. Thereby transferring the interior walls of the home on to the outside of the rubbish bin which in itself contains the refuse of the interior.
